How Booking works

Booking with WiFi Winston Photography is simple, streamlined, and designed to make your experience stress-free from start to finish.

1. Submit Your Inquiry

Fill out the contact form with your event date, location (Atlanta, Sandy Springs, Alpharetta, etc.), type of session, and any key details. The more context you share, the better we can tailor your coverage.

2. Confirm Availability & Package

You’ll receive a response within 24–48 hours with availability, package options, and investment details. For events and brand sessions, we’ll clarify timeline coverage, deliverables, and usage rights upfront.

3. Secure Your Date

To officially reserve your date, a signed contract and retainer are required. Dates are first-come, first-served and not held without a retainer.

4. Planning & Prep

Once booked, we’ll discuss shot lists, location ideas, timelines, branding goals, and any special requests. For headshots and brand sessions, guidance on wardrobe, posing, and preparation is included.

5. Shoot Day

Show up confident — I’ll handle the direction, lighting, and storytelling. Whether it’s a corporate event, wedding, graduation, or brand session, the goal is to capture clean, dynamic, high-quality visuals that represent you well.

6. Editing & Delivery

Images are professionally edited and delivered via an online gallery for easy download and sharing. Standard turnaround times are shared at booking, and rush delivery options may be available upon request.

  • Yes — a 25% retainer is required to secure your date. This is non-refundable and applied to your total balance.

  • The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your session or event date.

  • All images are delivered via a private, password-protected online gallery within 3–5 business days. Wedding galleries are delivered within 3–4 weeks.

  • Absolutely. I'm available throughout Metro Atlanta at no extra charge. Travel beyond 30 miles is subject to a travel fee — contact me for details.

  • Yes, and I encourage it. For brand sessions and weddings especially, we'll discuss your vision in advance so nothing gets missed.

  • For bookings over $1,000, I offer flexible payment plans. Reach out and we'll work something out.
